...not true?

When I read and wondering whether the evidence from following research findings that just recently being published is true or not:

"Some 73.1 percent of the teachers don’t want followers of other religions to build their houses of worship in their neighborhoods, it found."

My simple conclusion is "Religious rights and freedom in Indonesia just cease to exist". Then, I remember that friend of mine show me below photos... How could this be NOT TRUE...
