touching story of the bushfire survivor...
For me, the story is simply touching. It's not a great story, but survivor always give us something to remember that there's always support from each other. Not to mention between human and wild animal.

The name of the koala reminds me to your best friend in Ås, Kak Dewa. Ah, the good old days.
If I'm not mistake, his name actually Syam (not sure, though). Anyway, our experience with him indeed the good old days. Kind of missed his greeting and unique accent.
