On Water Shortage, Once Again!

I really want to say, "I've told you so!". But it seems useless as well like last time I wrote this post try to remind all of you about this latent problem.

This article highlighted two problem that will not be able to solve in immediate time by Indonesian government: coordination and anticipation. (Please note, I have a great doubt that the two problem will - not only unable to solve - but also 'never' be able to see and realized. They are too blind and too greedy to know that there is a serious problem in this country).

The above example of government authority statement on "water shortage that is still in normal condition" (as seen on cartoon above) is one inevitable evidence and indication of the failure of Indonesia's today government. What is the name of the president and the vice president?
